• State License – If the annual turnover of the business is between 12 to 20 crores then the food business operator shall apply for state license Form B.
• Central License – If the annual turnover of the business is above 20 crores, then the food business operator shall apply for Central License Form B.

• If the food business operator is a large size food manufacturer, then they are accountable for a FSSAI Central License.

• For the production above 1MT per day – Rs.5,000
• 10,000 to 50,000 LPD of Milk / Milk solid production 501-2500MT per annum – Rs. 5.000
• 501 to 10,000 LPD of milk production or 2.5MT to 500MT of milk solid production per year – Rs.3,000
• For output below 1MT production – Rs.3,000
• Up to 4- star hotels –Rs. 5,000
• All food service restaurants, canteens, caterers, food vendors and other food business operator – Rs.2,000
• For renewal of FSSAI state license depends upon the number of year selected
• For modification of FSSAI state license fees for one year
• For duplication of FSSAI State License – 10% of the application license fee

For FSSAI central license the Government Frees is

• New / Renewal / Modification FSSAI Central License Rs.7,500
• For duplicate central license 10% of the application license fee
